Wendy Sartory Link is the current Supervisor of Elections for Palm Beach County. She assumed the role in 2019 and was subsequently elected in 2020.

As the county’s top elections official, Wendy Sartory Link oversees the voting, registration, and elections process in Palm Beach County and its 39 municipalities. Her daily focus is on enhancing the voting experience, ensuring transparency, and fortifying the security of the electoral system.

Improving Palm Beach County Elections

Under Supervisor Link, the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections office is one of the most innovative, efficient, and professionally run offices in Florida. The U.S. Election Assistance Commission has nationally recognized the Palm Beach County Elections office for its cybersecurity efforts, voter engagement programs, and use of technology, among other categories.

Additional improvements implemented by Supervisor Link include: pre-paid return postage on mail ballots, mail ballot tracking programs to give voters the confidence that their ballot was received and counted, increased number of locations and hours open of Early Voting sites, an appointment program for Early Voting that allows voters to skip the line and vote at their convenience, additional training for the county election workers, increased audit procedures to ensure election integrity, and efficient operation of the office budget to save taxpayer money. Supervisor Link is dedicated to the fair, secure, and accurate counting of every vote, continuously striving to enhance the elections experience for all voters.

Record of Service

Supervisor Link has a strong commitment to community service and has actively served on various prestigious boards and committees. She has been a valued member of the Executive Committee of the Florida Council of 100, the Board of Directors of the Florida Chamber, and the Economic Council of Palm Beach County. In addition, she maintains membership in several civic and professional organizations, including the Urban & Large County Elections Registration Supervisors (ULCERS), the Florida State Association of Supervisors of Elections, (where Supervisor Link is the current President-elect), Florida Certified Election Professionals, The American Bar Association, The Florida Bar, The State Bar of California, and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.

A native of Palm Beach County, Supervisor Link holds degrees from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and the Duke University School of Law. With over 30 years of legal experience in private practice, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her position.
